We use the tools and products we develop. Key Personnel Tom West Mr. West is a founding partner of TTC. He started TTC in 1998 to focus on internet-based business process automation and wireless internet connectivity. Tom is a consultant to businesses to help with corporate growth and increase employee performance. Tom holds a BS in Business Management, and an MBA in Data Processing from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida. Kurt Tosczak Joseph R. Summa Mr. Summa is a founding partner of TTC. He has over 25 years of sales and marketing experience of high technology software products and systems. His last position as Vice President of international sales and marketing for Scientific Software - Intercomp, Ltd. lasted over 8 years where he increased sales over 800%. Mr. Summa began his career with Procter & Gamble where he held various positions in engineering and sales and marketing prior to his departure as product manager. Mr. Summa is a veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force, Strategic Air Command, as an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile officer. Joe holds both a BS and MS degree in Chemical Engineering from Lehigh University, and an MBA from the University of Missouri. He also serves as a director of Technical Toolboxes, Inc. (TTI) (www.ttoolboxes.com) and Chairman of TechCorr USA, LLC (www.techcorr.com), an international pipeline corrosion and integrity service company. Rob West Mr. West is a founding partner of TTC. Since 1999 Rob has focused on internet-based business application development. Starting in the business as a programmer he has worked his way up through managing international projects with budgets exceeding 400K, to directing co-founded businesses through senior management levels. He brings to TTC a direct hands-on involvement with all aspects of software business including the complete software lifecycle, as well as all aspects of financial matters. Manish Bindal Mr. Bindal is a longtime business partner and colleague. Manish is a trained lawyer who has retired from practice and now helps companies worldwide to make changes such as Business Planning, Management Advisory services, Corporate Governance, Public Company Formation, Due Diligence, Acquisition and Mergers, International Transactions (specializing in India), Deal Evaluation and Structuring Financings, and Offering Memorandums. Manish holds an BSc and LLB. Shahid Raza Imam Shahid has represented Technical Toolboxes Inc. and the family of Toolbox products for several years. We now work together to bring the TTC products to Pakistan and other areas of interest for Shahid.
