PRCI is a large organization with many hundreds of Members and the organization is truely international with Members in North America and Europe. The organization is run democratically and relies on a voting system so the Members can conduct business regardless of the Members' locations. We created a custom online project management system for the PRCI, complete with budgetary tools, status reports, proposal system, and a complete online documentation system.
